Kang Min-woo, a brilliant researcher at a prestigious Korean university, is obsessed with making a great discovery.

Biography and Films

David Pantaleón (Valleseco, Gran Canaria, 1978) graduated in drama from the Escuela de Actores de Canarias and began directing in 2006. His shorts have played at a number of international festivals, inckuding Rotterdam, Oberhausen, Festival de Sevilla, Vila do Conde, Río de Janeiro, Las Palmas, Lima Independiente, Málaga, Alcances, Filmadrid and ALCINE. His shorts El polinizador (2016), Fiesta de pijamas (2015), Tres corderos (2015) and La pasión de Judas (2014) were all screened at previous editions of l'Alternativa, as was his debut feature, Rendir los machos (2021), which won Best Spanish Film.
