Filmtopia is an forthcoming specialist website that aims to inform, promote and celebrate films made by women working in all fields and professions all over the world, past, present and future. It features up-to-date information, film and series reviews, interviews, books, festivals, reports, what’s on guides and historical perspectives.

Nuria Vidal
Nuria Vidal has been a relentless film critic since 1984 and is a regular contributor to media outlets such as Fotogramas, Cinema 3, La Cartellera and Cinemanía. She has taught film criticism at ESCAC, written some thirty books on film, has been a Spanish delegate at the Berlin Film Festival and sat on the Management Committees at the San Sebastián and Sitges Film Festivals. This year she was made an honorary member of the Catalan Film Academy.

Marta Armengou
Marta Armengou has over 25 years’ experience in the cultural and film industry. For thirteen years, she presented the La cartellera on Betevé and is currently is the creator, scriptwriter and host of the Viatge a Júpiter Filmoteca de Catalunya podcast. She is a regular guest on several programmes, including La finestra indiscreta and the Ja m'entens podcast on Catalunya Ràdio.
