Radio l'Alternativa

L'Alternativa

Podcast: 30 Years of l'Alternativa

For three decades, the Barcelona Independent Film Festival, l’Alternativa, has been offering filmgoers and professionals a unique opportunity to discover films that value creative freedom, diversity, innovation, commitment and thought-provoking reflection. Now the festival podcast, Radio l’Alternativa, is giving a voice to some of the people who have made it possible from a range of different angles: filmmakers, programmers, subjects covered... An extra dimension for enjoying the festival.

The second season of Radio l’Alternativa kicks off with the special series on 30 Years of l’Alternativa, which, in collaboration with ACCEC, the Catalan Association of Film Critics and Screenwriters, is looking back at nine key films that members of the association discovered at past editions of the festival.

We are also holding the panel discussion Festival Podcasts Galore to explore the wider issue of festival podcasts in greater depth.
