Biography and Films
Martina Sáez Savi graduated in film editing from ESCAC, where she edited the feature Ovella (2021) as her final degree project; it went on to win a Special Mention at D’A Film Festival. Following Acariciar a un gato (2020), she edited Larrua jo (2020), which won Best Short Film at D’A Film Festival (2021). In 2021 she did a postgraduate course in audiovisual editing at Pompeu Fabra University and in 2022 did a master's degree in film studies there. Since 2022 she has worked as a postproduction coordinator at ESCAC Films. Amanecer is her first short film as a director.
