Synopsis
Five old friends from film school meet up again for the first time in ten years to attend the premiere of the debut film by the only one of them who has actually got anywhere in the meantime. Although all five are striving to make a success of it in the audiovisual industry, they have not enjoyed the same opportunities to make their dreams come true. The reunion reopens old conflicts between them and becomes a struggle of egos.
Biography and Films
Irene Benlloch is a Valencian screenwriter. Her scripts have been selected for competitions such as DAMA Ayuda, Microfusión run by the Spanish Writers Guild (ALMA) and the Fiction Project Lab at Alicante Film Festival. She is currently working with director Paloma Zapata to develop her feature film script La espera, which won a development grant from subvention granted by the ICEC.
