Synopsis
Eight-year-old Irene spends her summer at her grandparents' house in the country, surrounded by a forest that oozes magic. Suddenly, the family receives news that they are to be evicted to make way for a new railway line. Much as the family tries to adapt to the new situation, the grandmother is unable to part with the house and her memories.
Biography and Films
Itziar (Donostia, 1999) studied audiovisual communication at the UPF in Barcelona and is fascinated by all ways and means of storytelling. Her goal now is to earn a living from making films in Basque.
Sara (Barcelona, 2000) studied audiovisual communication at the UPF and is currently studying literature at the UCM in Madrid. She strives to keep culture alive through her storytelling and by letting forgotten voices in Spain be heard.
