Synopsis
Sixty years ago, the French government decided to establish its space centre in Kourou, French Guiana. Six hundred Guianese people were evicted to allow France to realise its dream of space conquest. By combining field investigation and archival video-editing processes, Écoutez le battement de nos images gives a voice to an invisibilised and silenced population.
