Sinopsis
A policeman refuses to arrest a young man who offers hashish to some school mates. He believes that the law will change, that 'offering' will no longer be an offence and he doesn't want the life of a young man he considers innocent to be a burden on his conscience. This deadpan meditation on authority and moral conscience is also an analysis of bureaucratic procedure and the tyranny of language.
