Young Dominicans in Turó de la Peira dance dembow and ask themselves and their neighbourhood what Europe is (and what they are doing there). This film was made during the second EPC workshop at Les Basses Youth Centre in Nou Barris for the regards2banlieue.eu project in April–May 2013.
