Biography and Films

Lily Ekimian Ragheb (Washington, 1997) and Ahmed T. Ragheb (Cairo, 1996) are a married experimental filmmaking duo based in Pittsburgh. Their films explore identity, feminism, cultural dislocation and domestic relationships and are noted for their use of voiceover and mixed media. Their work has been screened at world-renowned festivals including IFFR, Cairo International Film Festival and the Mattress Factory Contemporary Art Museum. They cofounded the independent production company Studio Ragheb.
