Synopsis

A collage constructed from individual frames that seeks to link different places through spatial distortions, enclosing various landscapes within a single shot to create non-existent but potentially real landscapes.

Biography and Films

Laura Moreno Bueno created While the Vines Weep and Níobe, where she sought to represent tears through movement, and carried out the installation III. Thanks to the BAICC residency and the Casa de Velázquez, she created El sonido de las imágenes, in which she transformed projected images into sound using photosensitive sensors. Her films have been screened at festivals such as Ann Arbor, Images Festival, Ficunam, (S8) Cinema Periférico and Filmadrid, among others.
