Biography and Films

Ainá Xisto (Fortaleza, 1991) is a filmmaker and visual artist with an MA in Cinema from the School of Arts at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She uses her creations as psychomagical instruments, updating connections from time immemorial and sharing pedagogies and imaginaries of transmutation, health, and creativity. From the intimate, her works overflow with the essence of the inexplicable, a manifesto of a future that is already here, pregnant with different ways of living both inside and outside of time.
