Participatory Bodies

Alternative Young Filmmakers

A special session featuring four short films from the u22 Barcelona Young Film Festival directed by filmmakers aged up to 22. Four unique works that delve into the depths of rural life, family relationships and the use of archival footage. Memories weave their way through this session, inviting us to travel between past and present and conjuring up narratives on life that resonate with our own here and now. These short films offer us a glimpse into the world of young filmmakers from Catalonia and open our eyes and ears to what a new generation of filmmakers has to say.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A session the creators of the short films, in collaboration with Festival u22.

  • Friday 15 November, 8.30 pm
  • Hall CCCB
  • Screening and panel discussion
  • 120 min
  • Free admission
