Bio/Filmo

David Pantaleón (Gran Canaria, 1978) graduated in drama from the Escuela de Actores de Canarias and began his directing career in 2006. His internationally acclaimed films include El polinizador (2016), Tres corderos (2015), Fiesta de pijamas (2015), A lo oscuro más seguro (2013), Fondo o forma (2011) and La pasión de Judas (2014); the final three made up his Cardboard Tales Trilogy. He presented his feature Rendir los machos (2021) at last year’s l’Alternativa, where it won the Spanish Film Prize in l’Alternativa Official.
