Synopsis

In this lonely contemplation of a past summer, the ancient promontory becomes a parenthetical projection of frantic lines and alternating impressions.

Bio/Filmo

Vasilios Papaioannu is a filmmaker, photographer and mixed media artist based in Washington, DC. In his work he explores the fleeting dreamscapes of reality using noise, movement and disturbance and hybridising different modes of filmmaking. He holds a MA in Communication, Text Semiotics and Cinema from the University of Siena, Italy, and a MFA in Film and Cinematography from Syracuse University, New York. He teaches filmmaking at Howard University.
