Synopsis

A magical beach on an island in southern Brasil is home to a community set apart from the world, spellbound by the ships shipwrecked on its shores. However, the islanders' peace is under threat.

Bio/Filmo

Jorge Peña Martín is a documentary director and screenwriter who studied screenwriting at the EICTV in Cuba and did an MA in Theory and Practice of Creative Documentary Making at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He works in television and advertising as a filmmaker, screenwriter and editor. His nonfiction work has won plaudits at a number of festivals and competitions.
