Bio/Filmo
Pablo Álvarez Mesa is a filmmaker and cinematographer working mainly in nonfiction. His films have played at several international film festivals, including Berlinale, Rotterdam, Camden IFF, Visions du Réel and RIDM, and picked up a clutch of awards. He is an affiliate member of the Centre for Oral History and Digital Storytelling at Concordia University and an alumnus of Berlinale Talents, Banff Centre for the Arts and Canadian Film Centre. His films include La Pesca (2017) and Nuestro Monte Luna (2015).
