Nicolás Pereda (Mexico City, 1982) has an MA in Film Directing from York University, Toronto. His work explores the intricate details of everyday life by weaving fractured, elliptical narratives through fiction and documentary. Fauna (2020) was the latest in a long line of films to be screened at l'Alternativa over a decade and more.
