El cuarto reino

Synopsis

In a recycling centre on the outskirts of New York, undocumented illegal aliens and underdogs have a shared disappointment in the American Dream. In each other's company, Ana, Walter, Eugene, Pier and René find answers to the cosmic mysteries and existential questions that make us all human. They long for a personal redemption by making small changes, in an effort to become better version of themselves. Here is where the characters find their voice, distanced from a consumer society that sets them aside. Dreams don't die if the journey continues, regardless of origins and destinations.
