Synopsis
A fake bride, a group of 23 smartly dressed guests for a nonexistent wedding and a four-day journey of 3,000 miles, from Milan to Stockholm, to help five Palestinian and Syrian refugees cross the borders of fortress Europe and dream of a brighter future.
Bio/Filmo
Editor and director Antonio Augugliaro started working in video art with Studio Azzurro. He now works for TV channels and on the independent filmmaking scene in Milan.
Writer and independent journalist Gabriele Del Grande set up the Fortress Europe online observatory and blog in 2006 and since 2011 has covered the Arab Spring and the wars in Libya and Syria.
Poet, literary critic and graphic designer Khaled Soliman Al Nassiry is currently working in Milan as editorial director and graphic designer for the Emirati publisher Noon.
