Zero Bridge is Tariq Tapa’s debut feature film. It was shot entirely on location in Srinagar, Kashmir, with a local cast of non-professional actors and with a technical crew of one: the director. The film is a subtle, realist fiction portraying a young Kashmiri man caught between adapting or fleeing. The film premiered at the Venice Film Festival last year, and recently screened at Karlovy Vary. The film will receive its Spanish premiere in the feature film competition at l’Alternativa. Screening Tuesday 17th November.
