Synopsis
Carmen is battling on two fronts in her life: as well as struggling to be a mother, she is also trying to remedy and erase a past mistake to restore some meaning to her life.
Bio/Filmo
María Sánchez Testón is a director and screenwriter. She has penned and directed shorts that have won over a hundred awards across Spain and worldwide. Her documentary short La flor de la canela was nominated for a Goya in 2014, and her screenplay for the feature La batalla de Carmen won the Award for Best Feature Screenplay from the Junta de Extremadura in 2021.
