Synopsis

While striving to make a life for herself in a new country after arriving from Nigeria, eighteen-year-old Helen dreams of becoming a rapper. Every day she is caught between the need to build a stable life and the urge to follow her dreams, while being picked on and bullied at school. One day, Helen meets Alex, a young student who shows her the true meaning of friendship.
