Synopsis

Three women from the Sección Feminina, Franco's Women's Institute, travel across 1960s Europe to deliver the dictator's most highly prized holy relic (Saint Teresa's hand) to the Pope. Their goal: to export the values of the authentic Spanish woman.

Bio/Filmo

Rebeca Serrada (Salamanca, 1992) graduated in audiovisual communication from the USAL and did an MA in screenwriting at UPSA. Her series project Las Carolinas, cowritten with Diego Zúñiga, won the fourth edition of Dama Ayuda Series and the third Madrid Pitchbox. Her series Destape, cowritten with Diego Zúñiga, was selected for Conecta Fiction 5. She currently lives in Madrid and since 2018 has worked as a screenwriter at Sunnyside UP Studios.
Diego Zúñiga (Jaén, 1991) studied audiovisual communication at USAL and did an MA in fiction screenwriting at UPSA. He wrote the multi-awarded-winning short Princesa de hielo, produced by El Deseo. Estando contigo, cowritten with Rebeca Serrada, won the seventh edition of Dama Ayuda. He currently resides in Madrid. In 2018 he and Rebeca Serrada set up the theatre company La Calufa, which has produced plays such as Bruto o neto and Raphael.
