Synopsis
Somewhere on the Spanish meseta, a shepherd dreams of travelling to Titicaca, a retired music duo reminisce about their golden age, two girls are on a fruitless hunt for Pokémon and a grandfather counts the empty houses in the village in his head to get to sleep. All the characters in this cartographic film tell the story of a rural world whose ancestral culture is vanishing with the passage of time. By turns melancholic and humorous, Meseta takes viewers on a journey of the senses through the surrealist landscape of rural Spain.
