A Typical Morning

Synopsis

The discovery of two animals in a river brings back childhood memories and legends from 1960s rural Galicia. A surrealist journey between past and present through the experiences of the director’s mother.

Bio/Filmo

Arancha Brandon (A Guarda, 1995) graduated in audiovisual communication from the Universidade de Vigo. Her short Cando mamá pechou as caixas (2018) was presented at Play-Doc. A Typical Morning was made as part of a workshop with filmmaker Eloy Enciso.
