Synopsis

La vie de chantier follows a group of Portuguese workers in Corsica and explores their lives and working conditions. The line between documentary and fiction becomes blurred as the camera tries to follow their stories as closely as possible.

Bio/Filmo

Yann Pierre worked as a commercial diver for ten years before deciding on a career change. In 2010 he began studying filmmaking at IUT in Corsica. He has made one previous short, Les poutres martyres (2012).
