Sinopsis: Two Rarámuri brothers who have just finished primary school enter the Sierra Tarahumara in search of their grandfather's lost horse.
 
Bio:

Laura Amelia Guzmán (Santo Domingo, 1980) studied plastic arts at the Altos de Chavón School of Design. After forming part of several collective photography exhibitions, she enrolled at the International Film and Television School in Cuba, from where she graduated in 2004 specialising in photography. She has since worked on photography for several short films and documentaries. Since 2004, she has lived in Mexico City, where she works with her partner, Israel Cárdenas, who shares her photography, screenplay and directing credits on their first feature film, Cochochi.


Israel Cárdenas (Monterrey, 1980) studied communication and film at Utrecht University, the New York Film Academy and the International Film and Television School in Cuba. He set up a young film company and has produced, directed and photographed several projects, mainly videoclips of regional music, advertising, documentaries and short films. Since 2005 he has been working on Cochochi.
