Sinopsis:

The apology line is a telephone number members of the public can call anonymously and confess to absolutely anything. The origin of the film involved the filmmaker setting up a freephone number for the general public to call and apologise for whatever was weighing on their mind. People called in their thousands, and it's these messages that form the basis of the film.
