Sinopsis:

When his mother dies, the poet Yusuf returns to his home village, which he hasn't visited for years. Ayla, who has been living with his mother for the past five years, is waiting for him in a dilapidated house with a request: Yusuf must perform the sacrificial rite his mother could not fulfil before she died. In order to satisfy his mother's last wish, Yusuf must adapt to the rhythm of rural life, to the spaces imbued with the memories of old friends, and deal with an unsettling feeling of guilt.
