Actors: Gabino Rodríguez, Teresa SánchezSinopsis: Vicente is a young farmer who lives with his ailing grandmother in a small rural town in Mexico. When his aunt and uncle come back from the United States and threaten to sell his grandmother's land from under her, he sets out on a journey to Mexico City seeking justice. He stays in the capital with his mother in the house where she works as a maid for an upper-middle-class family. They haven't seen each other since Vicente was a child and, in unfamiliar surroundings, Vicente has to face up to the reality of getting to know his mother and his increasing impossible search for justice.
Bio: Nicolás Pereda (Mexico City, 1980) has made a number of short films, including Cycle and This Film is Not a Thriller. In 2007 he took a Master's Degree in fine arts at York University in Toronto. ¿Dónde están sus historias? is his first feature film.
